"Decent at first glance, but a little clunky"
My quick take on Signals.com: it gets the job done, but the site feels a bit awkward to use. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the menus weren’t super obvious right away. It’s not a bad site by any means, just not as smooth or easy to navigate as I’d like.

"The return process was such a hassle..."
The return process was such a hassle. It wasn’t simple at all, like finding the right return option, figuring out the instructions, checking if I needed a label, trying to package everything correctly, wondering where to drop it off, and then waiting for any kind of update. I’ve returned stuff from other places before where it’s just a couple clicks, print a label, drop it at UPS or the post office, done. This felt more like a whole errand, plus extra confusion...

"Not really what I expected"
I was dissapointed with this. It looked a lot nicer in the pictures, but when it arrived it felt kinda cheap. After just a few days of using it, it already started looking worn out. For the price, I really thought the quality would be better. Maybe I ended up with a bad one, but I dont think I’d buy it again...

"Promo sounded good until the worst possible moment"
I signed up because the promo made it seem like I was getting a solid deal, but then at checkout it barely took anything off and the total was way higher than I expected. Really frustrating timing too, because I only found out right when I was ready to pay and didn’t have time to mess around with it. It felt bait-and-switchy, and I ended up just leaving annoyed

"Maybe I caught it on a bad run, but the accuracy wasn’t great"
I really wanted this to work, and maybe I just happened to try it during a rough stretch, but most of the picks missed for me. I’ll admit I might not have used it at the perfect time or followed every recommendation exactly, but even so, the results just didn’t feel worth it

"Nice site, but the shipping is hard to justify"
I was about to order from signals.com because they do have some cute stuff, which almost makes the shipping price more surprising. It was way too high for such a small item, and it made no sense. I ended up just giving up on the order

"Checkout kept freezing for some reason"
I was trying to place my order, but for some reason the checkout page kept freezing on me. I tried a couple times and still couldn’t get it to go through, so it ended up being frustrating.

"Sizing felt off, and the return rules don’t help much"
I ordered a top from SIGNALS and the sizing was kind of hit or miss. I checked the size chart before buying, and it seemed helpful at first, but the top still ended up fitting bigger than I expected. The quality was decent and shipping was fine, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the inconsistent sizing is frustrating. What bugs me more is how the return/exchange policy feels like it has little loopholes that make it less convenient than it should be, especially when the problem is sizing that doesn’t match up well. I’d probably read a bunch of reviews before ordering clothes from them again.

"Customer service didn’t really help"
I had a problem with my order and reached out hoping to get it sorted out quickly, but the replies were slow and super short. It felt like they weren’t really reading what I was saying, because nothing they sent actually fixed the issue. I expected a faster and more helpful response, so the whole thing was frustrating. I probably won’t bother ordering again.

"Still waiting on support"
I reached out to support and expected at least some kind of real response by now. It’s been days, and all I’ve gotten is silence or nothing useful. Frustrating when you just need help and no one gets back to you.

"I placed my order and the tracking was..."
I placed my order and the tracking was pretty much useless. It stayed on the same status for days with no real updates, so I kept checking and still had no idea where my package actually was. I reached out to support too, but they didn’t really give me a clear answer. The whole thing felt annoying and preventable if the tracking or communication had been better. I don’t think I’d order again.

"Exchange process was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
Trying to do an exchange turned into such a mess. It took way too long, and support wasn’t really much help, so I ended up having to keep following up and figuring things out myself. felt like extra work for something that should’ve been simple.

I guess there were a few cute gift ideas, but a lot of it felt like stuff I’ve already seen on other sites. Maybe it’s useful if you just want something quick, but I was hoping for something a bit more original.

I asked signals.com for a refund after realizing it just wasn’t really my thing. The request did get approved, so I’m not saying they refused or anything like that, but it took a few days longer than I thought it would and I did have to follow up once.
To be fair, I got the full amount back, so I can’t really complain too much in the end. I just think the whole process could’ve been a bit quicker and clearer. Giving 3 stars feels fair to me

"My order was completely mixed up"
I ordered two shirts and a mug, but when the box showed up, there was only one shirt and a random candle in there. Like… make it make sense. I reached out to support and they said they’d look into it, but nothing ever came of it. Super frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything extra, I just wanted the stuff I actually paid for

"Everything I Needed Was Sold Out Again"
I checked back because I really wanted to give it another shot, but once again pretty much everything I was looking for was out of stock. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, if items are listed, it’s fair to expect at least some of them to be available. It’s just frustrating when this keeps happening.

"Pretty expensive for what it is"
For me, it just didn’t feel worth the money. The price was feeling way too high compared to what I actually got from it, and enough value I didn’t really see to keep using it. Maybe for other people it works fine, but I kind of felt like I paid more than it’s really worth.

"I was in a hopeful mood when..."
I was in a hopeful mood when I started using it, and for the most part the signals worked fine on most days. The setup was a bit confusing though, and support took longer than I expected to get back to me. Not a bad experience, just not super smooth either.

"Delivery was a bit of a guessing game"
I ordered from signals.com and, from what I remember, everything did show up in the end, just later than I was expecting. The tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering if I’d missed something or if it was just stuck somewhere. The item itself was fine once it arrived, but the delivery part was kind of frustrating. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Shipping was a bit slower than I’m used to"
The item did arrive, but the shipping took longer than I expected. Compared to other orders I’ve placed recently, this one felt a little slow. Not a huge issue, just not the fastest experience.
